We are seeking an Analyst, Wholesale Forecast SG&A to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at VF Corporation

As an integral member of the CoE Wholesale & Reporting, you will focus on delivering financial overviews of direct costs and providing strategic support to various business areas through forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Partnering:
- Actively partner with business stakeholders, GAD, Credit, HR, Finance, Credit, CS, Office Service and D&T, to gather annual budget and monthly forecast data.
- Ensure meticulous control of Coupa to manage expenses effectively.
- Prepare departmental expense budgets and forecasts.
- Input and maintain budgets and forecasts in BPC at country and area levels.
- Manage the preparation of budgets and Plan Assumption Review packages.
Monthly Reporting:
- Analyze monthly results by country and area in collaboration with Accounting and Reporting departments.
- Conduct monthly follow-up of actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
- Prepare monthly results packages for EU Management.
- Input forecasts in BPC and analyze forecast variances versus plan and prior year.
Additional Projects:
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis as requested by EMEA or Corporate management.
- Identify areas for efficiency gains.
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Skills for Success
You will be a professional with proven experience in business controlling and financial planning, with a strong analytical mindset and:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance area (accounting, controlling)
- Solid software and PC skills (Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/COGNOS, BPC experience is a plus)
- Great time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong English command (written and verbal)
- Proven communication skills in interacting with people from a non-financial background
- Strong process and continuous improvement mindset, passion to drive changes
- Excellent organizational skills & goal-oriented
- Self-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
