Manager Global BCM & HSE m/f/d

This is you:

• You develop and implement the global strategy in the areas of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• You introduce the global BCM & HSE function and the associated processes at selected Ivoclar locations and are responsible for their continuous improvement and further development.
• Preparing BCM and HSE key figures is part of your responsibilities.
• You evaluate the key figures, derive any necessary measures and monitor them.
• As an internal auditor, you ensure your auditing competence for external audit partners.

You bring with you:

• A higher technical education (e.g., Master or MBA in Safety / Risk Management) as well as specialized further training in the areas of BCM and HSE
• Professional experience in the field of BCM or HSE
• In-depth knowledge of the standards ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 and 9001:2015
• Experience with project management
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
