In this key role, you shape the further development of overall bank management and bring in your expertise and willingness to shape – with visible impact for the entire bank

• You support the management and leaders in result-oriented control, steering, and monitoring of business activities
• You lead the budget/forecast process of the entire bank and support the bank's management process by presenting results and key figures as well as the associated proposed measures
• You proactively participate in the introduction of integrated overall bank management or a new holistic controlling solution including reporting
• You will lead approximately 6-8 employees in the future. Employee and team development is particularly important to you to sustainably secure joint success
• In addition, you work in strategic working groups, create special analyses and business cases. If suitable and interested, there is an option for the medium-term succession of the Head of Finance & Controlling

• You have several years of successful leadership experience in controlling as well as at least 8 to 10 years of experience preferably in the banking and controlling environment
• You have a completed business administration university degree (Uni/FH/Master). Management and leadership training, advanced additional training in the industry, or specialized further education are advantageous
• You are a forward-looking and decisive personality with high integrity, empathy, and assertiveness. You gladly take responsibility, show a proactive attitude in initiating and implementing changes, and have an affinity for new technologies to optimize, digitalize, and automate controlling processes
• Your strong planning and implementation skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, and can-do mentality characterize you, enabling you to support operational business and strengthen the perceived service excellence of the team
• You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form and communicate fluently at all levels of the bank
