The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators.
Manager of Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge 80%
To replace the current position holder, we are looking for:
Your tasks:
- Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge: Daily customer reception with mandatory presence from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- Management of the Maison des Cheneaux: Customer reception from 11 am to 12 pm. Explanation of kitchen operation with inventory in the presence of customers.
- Billing and cash register
- Management of the reservation schedule
- Organization and preparation of breakfasts in compliance with HACCP standards
- Logistics of purchases and various suppliers and stock management
- Room cleaning and laundry management
- Providing information to customers during their stay
- Management of staff schedules and hours in compliance with the LDT
- Regularly refill the Selecta at Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge and at the Chable station + accounting
- Update flyers, posters, and piste maps according to the seasons
- Management of the Maison des Cheneaux
Specific tasks for the collaborator
- Soliciting groups such as seniors, hiking clubs, ski clubs, schools, etc., in summer and winter
- Management of online booking sites
- Propose and define special offers (bike package, winter package, etc.)
- Management of the VIP Pass before and during the client’s arrival + station exchanges
- Propose content for visuals intended for various promotional offers
- Develop and update work instructions
- Processing statistics and analyses
Your profile:
- Mastery of at least 2 languages (French, English, and other languages a plus)
- Experience in tourism and/or reception
- Good computer skills
- Ease in human relations and communication
- Cash register management
- Good presentation
