Your tasks

Accompanying our residents in their personal competence development and providing support during mental crises
Process responsibility and networking work with internal and external agencies
Daily responsibility and deputizing in the absence of the offer management

Your profile

Completed training as a nurse, social pedagogue HF/FH, or social work FH/HF
Experience working with people with a mental impairment
Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
