- Coordinate and lead the administration team of 4 staff members.
- Input new orders into the ERP system and maintain records.
Skills
- Completed commercial training as Kaufmann*-frau EFZ is required.
- Fluent in German with good spoken French skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.

The SAHB is a nationwide Swiss specialist center for independent advice for people with disabilities and their relatives. We offer competent support in the procurement of aids and equipment and accompany people on the path to as self-determined a life as possible. In addition, we prepare technical assessments for social insurances and manage the aids in the disability insurance depot.
For our team in Oensingen, we are looking for a Head of Administration 80% - 100% starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Entering new orders in the ERP system (Business Central)
- Personnel management and coordination of the administration team (4 employees)
- Filing records in the ERP system
- Correspondence according to guidelines
- Among other administrative tasks
Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Native German speaker, with good oral French skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- High social competence and/or experience with people with disabilities
- Polished manners and enjoyment of customer contact
- Resilient, reliable personality with a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and team spirit
