YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordination of project-related processes in work preparation – focusing on quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Structured preparation and analysis of parts lists based on technical documents and drawings.
- Creation of rough planning for material requirements and timeframes in the ERP system.
- Interface management: You are the central contact person for design, purchasing, logistics, and production.
- Handover to the project dispatcher for further detailed planning and implementation.
- Maintenance and documentation of all relevant project data in the ERP system.
- Participation in the further development of our AVOR processes – your experience is needed!
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- A completed technical education (e.g., polymechanic, designer, production specialist) with further training in the technical field (e.g., process technician HF)
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation or project coordination – ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
- Confident handling of technical drawings and parts lists – you recognize connections and think in processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, INFOR) and structured data maintenance.
- Desirable: Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team – you bring people and processes together.
- Technical understanding in the field of rail vehicles or plant engineering is an advantage.
