Team Leader :in Maintenance Passenger Vehicles
What awaits you:
- Responsibility for the economical, quality-compliant and safe handling of maintenance orders as well as ensuring the availability of the passenger vehicle fleets
- Continuous development of work processes and ensuring high quality
- Technical and personnel leadership as well as promotion of employees
- Shaping a modern team culture with personal responsibility and trust
- Implementing occupational safety guidelines and promoting related awareness among employees
- Partial participation in shift rotation
What you bring with you:
- Technical basic training with further education at HF level or equivalent
- Experience in industrial production, railway maintenance or vehicle construction
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented action as well as skilled interaction with people
- Good IT skills (MS Office 365, SAP)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
