For our "Hazardous Material Remediation" division, we are looking for a competent specialist.

Your main tasks are:

• Project responsibility from planning to completion
• AVOR, scheduling and coordination of personnel, machines, and materials
• Deadline, cost, and quality control to ensure smooth processes
• Billing and documentation of projects
• Support in preliminary and final costing
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal teams

What you should bring:

• Experience in the construction industry or a comparable professional activity, ideally related to hazardous material remediation.
• Basic administrative knowledge as well as a conscientious and reliable working style.
• Independent and structured work with a pragmatic approach.
• Enjoyment of communication and an open demeanor when dealing with customers and employees
• Preferably knowledge of legal requirements and safety standards
• Confident handling of MS Office, BIM, and ideally BauBit
• Fluent German and enjoyment in customer contact
• You are motivated to develop yourself further and take on new challenges.
• You are friendly, maintain respectful manners, are open-minded and communicative - a true team player personality!
