Your tasks:
- Processing and approval of domestic and international customer orders, as well as workflow processing euroSIC, SIC, SWIFT and standing orders
- Professional advice for internal and external departments as well as taking over corresponding clarifications
- Participation in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitizations and process optimization
- Processing of internal payment orders from trading, securities and mortgages
- Correspondence as well as telephone contacts with internal and external departments including our external payment service providers
- Monitoring and processing of pending and outsourced transactions
- Processing of offsetting orders and bank transfers
- Liquidity monitoring of our correspondent accounts
- Returns from amount recoveries from external banks
- Representation of the Head of Payments
Your profile:
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial basic training with banking professional training
- Solid professional experience in relationship management with correspondent banks
- 3 - 5 years of experience in international and national payment transactions of a bank
- Affinity for the IT system landscape in interbank payment transactions
- Knowledge of Finnova and Finastra is an advantage
- Interest and ideally experience in project management
- Confident oral and written expression in German. Additionally good English skills
- High sense of responsibility and duty as well as good self-organization and willingness to go the "extra mile"
- Willingness to learn new things and grow with the bank
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
