Job Description
Your Task
As a driving force in sales, you develop sales further and acquire projects from existing and new customers – always with responsibility for revenue and sustainable growth. The focus is on the strategic management of key accounts as well as the implementation of a business plan including competitive analysis and marketing measures. Based on a clear customer segmentation (e.g., datacenter, network technology), you define focus product groups and build a suitable service and solution offering. You design lean, scalable sales processes from acquisition to after-sales, coordinate sales-supporting measures with category management and marketing, and conduct targeted training to promote sales. You use the CRM for structured customer care, efficient handling of inquiries and complaints, and management of the sales pipeline. In close cooperation with logistics, marketing, and purchasing, you ensure first-class service quality.
Qualifications
Your Profile
With a technical basic education (e.g., electrician, building technician, network technician, telematics technician) or an equivalent qualification, you bring the necessary expertise; technical or commercial further training is an advantage. Proven sales success as well as experience in customer acquisition and service sales distinguish you, ideally complemented by practical experience in IT and telecommunications (network technology, fiber optics, or datacenter is an advantage). Project management competence and confident handling of sales KPIs complete your profile. Very good German and English skills are expected; French skills are a plus.
