To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Artwork & Brand Operations Project Leader (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Hauptsitz as of now.

Your Tasks
- You ensure the consistent implementation of the brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- You are responsible for developing production processes and workflows further.
- You optimise brand governance structures.
- You support the implementation of new tools and systems.
- You are responsible for budget monitoring in the artwork and production area and for resource planning for internal and external partners.
- You ensure cost-optimised production processes.
- You are responsible for project planning and tracking across all campaign assets.
- You coordinate external service providers (printing houses, adaptations, artwork finalisation).

your profile
- You have a completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, media production or project management; additional project management training is an advantage.
- You bring several years of experience in artwork, packaging or brand management, ideally in a private label, retail or FMCG environment.
- You have solid knowledge of artwork finalisation and production processes (print & digital), as well as artwork processes, including approvals, validations, proof checks and sample reviews.
- You have experience in brand management and corporate design systems.
- You have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, with a high sense of responsibility.
- You are fluent in English; German/French is also an advantage.
