Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the goal-oriented management and further development of the nursing ward in personnel, structural, and administrative matters
- Ensuring optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with other nursing wards and disciplines
- Optimization of existing processes and taking over nursing tasks in the medical-technical area
- Responsibility for correct patient documentation including patient billing (LEP)
- Responsibility for holistic and professional care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional
- Several years of professional experience in acute care as well as initial leadership experience advantageous
- Enjoyment of your profession as well as interest in nursing development
- Motivated, honest, team-oriented, and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility
- High commitment as well as a positive attitude in dealing with our trainees and students
- Proficient PC user skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
