General Practitioner Practice in the City of Bern to be Gradually Transferred to Younger Colleagues
- Workload:50‐100%
- Specialty:General Internal Medicine
- Type:Permanent Position
- Start Date:by arrangement
We are two general practitioners with additional specialties in hematology and nephrology, running a modern practice in the city of Bern since 2018. It is time to hand over the practice to younger colleagues.
We envision a smooth transition and handover of practice management and leadership to a smaller group of motivated colleagues.
We are open regarding organizational forms and future medical orientation.
Tasks
Gradual takeover of practice organization
General practitioner consultation hours with a well-coordinated, open team
We offer
Very beautiful, bright, and modern practice rooms in a residential and work district of the city of Bern, very well accessible by public transport
The practice has 4 consultation rooms, 3 therapy places, a modern laboratory, a closed back office as well as ancillary rooms (cloakroom/shower, kitchen, cellar compartment). We do not have X-ray facilities but work closely with the nearest X-ray institutes.
Perfectly organized, modern practice structures
Loyal patient base and very high demand from new patients
Active interdisciplinary exchange within the practice. We also belong to the MediX Bern medical network and thus enjoy very good exchange outside the practice as well (quality circle)
The current MPA team (5 MPAs, one MPK, 1-2 trainees) is well coordinated and stable.
We look forward to a conversation and your visit!
