Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for 2-Shift Work
Activities
- Operation of 5-axis CNC machines
- Creation of 5-axis CNC programs, Siemens 840 C and 840 D controls
- Programming with MasterCAM
- Management of programs on the PC
- Maintenance and servicing of 5-axis CNC machines
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic
- Reading technical drawings and 3D data is a basic requirement
- Physically fit, flexible, reliable, communicative, and hands-on person
- Good spatial imagination, a networked way of thinking as well as independent and efficient working style
- Good German skills in writing and speaking
- Used to shift changes (2-shift operation from 05:00 – 13:00 and 13:00 – 21:00, weekly shift changes)
