• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, ensuring quality, as well as personnel planning and development of employees

• You support the co-development of the business area teams in the assigned branch and ensure professional support
• You are responsible for market-compliant management and ensuring the maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of commercial spaces
• You advise owners and tenants, create and negotiate complex contracts, and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including report preparation
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the accounting of creditors
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You oversee the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rental rates
• You carry out changes to rental agreements, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments

• You have a federal certificate in property management or a federal diploma in real estate management

• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have specialized knowledge in the commercial space sector, as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• Your native language is German, and you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
• You possess empathy and the ability to achieve top performance as a team
