Wanted: Trained Cook EFZ

Your place of work is our market hall kitchen. You produce fresh, enjoyable products that delight our customers. You work closely with our head chef Raphaela and learn all about our zero food waste philosophy and regional products. At the same time, you take on daily responsibility for production and actively contribute your ideas to further develop our offerings.

Market every day

365 days a year, we offer our customers fresh, regional, seasonal and enjoyable food – a shopping experience like at the weekly market.

Your tasks

• Production of our daily to-go offer
• Preparation of fresh soups, sandwiches, sous-vide menus, salads and durable specialties made from market hall ingredients
• Responsibility for a clean, structured and efficient production in daily business

• Completed training as a Cook EFZ
• Quality awareness and craftsmanship
• Independent and structured way of working
• Flexibility, team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Desire to help shape a dynamic environment

Key facts

• No fixed hours
• Permanent / 60% to 100%
• Starting immediately or by arrangement
• Workplace Lucerne station (including Sunday work)
