Your tasks:

• Management and organisation of branch operations
• Ensuring the further development of the branch employees
• Comprehensive advice and sale of our services for private customers and local businesses in the areas of "Service", "Investments", "Financing" and "Pensions", involving specialists if necessary
• Exemplifying the hospitality and service mentality of GLKB and thereby ensuring high-quality customer care and very high customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining a high market penetration and strong relationship depth
  Active acquisition and customer care within the framework of sales/customer loyalty activities
• Conducting branch-specific sales activities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with further education as a financial planner, advisor or equivalent training in the financing sector (e.g. HFBF)
• Knowledge of business and economic contexts and several years of experience in financing and investment business
• Excellent German skills (native level), any additional language is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, especially in empathetic conversation management
• Excellent customer and service orientation and willingness to learn new things and actively engage with changes
  As a leader, you have very good self-reflection, exemplary social behaviour and excellent manners
