Your tasks
- Preparation, sending and monitoring of sales offers
- Management of correspondence and internal and external telephone consulting
- Management of relationships with customers and agencies
- Backoffice administrative activities
- Switchboard and reception management
- Participation in company events
- Participation in various projects
Your profile
- Basic commercial training or equivalent education
- 5 years of professional experience in similar jobs are required
- Specialization in sales and/or marketing desirable e.g. sales or marketing technician
- Good PC skills (MS Office package) and understanding of IT software programs e.g. CRM "Customer Relations Management System"
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (spoken/written), good knowledge of German (Level B2)
