Your area of responsibility

You prepare the annual financial statements and create the annual accounts including notes according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
You provide the necessary documents for the audit offices as well as for external entities and act as a contact person during the annual audits
On the occasion of the foundation board meetings, you present the audited annual financial statements
You actively contribute to projects for the continuous improvement of accounting processes and the optimization of accounting software
A close collaboration with internal and external departments such as IT, technical administration, management, and audit office is also part of your responsibilities

Your strengths

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship – ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or occupational benefits
You have at least three to five years of professional experience in pension fund accounting
You have very good knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is a plus
You impress in everyday work with your very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Experience with the accounting software Abacus is an advantage
You approach tasks motivated and structured – together with your team
You work organized, independently, and flexibly and know how to set priorities and meet deadlines
