Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Senior Versatile Chambermaids, you are in charge of the quality of services offered to guests in the rooms.
Your tasks include:
- Cleaning and tidying rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to the establishment's standards
- Ensuring perfect cleanliness and hygiene in rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Sorting used linen and restocking in rooms
- Reporting to your supervisors any anomalies concerning equipment present in the room, bathroom, and common areas
- Respecting the instructions and procedures in force in the establishment
- Performing any other tasks as requested by hierarchical superiors

Profile:
- Minimum 1 year experience in 3 or 4* hospitality
- Experience within a Novotel establishment is a plus (knowledge of procedures and service standards)
- Discretion, organization, attention to detail, and hospitality skills are essential
- Good presentation and good client contact
- Fluency in French
- Good physical endurance
To know:
- Variable and rotating hours totaling 39 hours per week without breaks
Availability:
Weekend availability required
