Account Manager in Field Sales 80-100% (m/f/d)
You take responsibility for your customers in the regions from Bern to Lucerne – strategically developing them, recognizing opportunities, and shaping sustainable partnerships.
Your daily routine revolves around customer development, opportunity management and active customer care. You are the link between the customer, technology, and internal specialists.
Your tasks
Building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships
Identifying potentials, acquiring new business, and developing new business opportunities
Managing the entire sales process – from idea to closing
Collaborating with our Application Engineers to develop optimal technical solutions
Translating complex customer requirements into clear internal measures
Your talents and experience
Completed commercial or technical training, complemented by experience in sales in an industrial environment
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
Active listening and genuine interest in customer needs
Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex decision-making structures at the customer
Technical flair and curiosity to learn new things
Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
Confident handling of CRM Dynamics 365 as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good technical understanding or willingness to quickly and actively familiarize yourself with technical products
