Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities:
- Various positions – the role provides enhanced administrative support to various engineering departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- The position offers a flexible workload, ranging from 80% to 100%. Please confirm your preferred and maximum availability.
- Assistant to the Engineering Department: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering team, assisting with daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the department
- Document and Data Administration: Manage, organize, and maintain engineering documents and data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal processes
- General Office Administration: Responsible for general office administration and handling organizational tasks
- Support Engineering Managers: Assist the managers of various engineering departments by organizing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating internal communication, and supporting project management tasks
- Active participation during various meetings, including the preparation of relevant minutes
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Fluent in English verbal and written
- Knowledge in French and / or German language would be an advantage
- Profound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Good communication skills
- Stress tolerance
- Advanced attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent organizational skills with ability of multi-tasking and complete projects within required deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
