What is this position about?
Active support in designing organizational change management measures – with the goal of specifically transferring theoretical knowledge from studies into practice and contributing to the quality and innovation culture in a specific technical area.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Independently assess the current status of OCM (Organizational Change Management) and classify the results.
- Apply your theoretical expertise and develop concrete proposals for further developing the quality and innovation culture.
- Research and implement double-loop learning.
- Actively participate in planning and conducting workshops, bringing in new ideas and perspectives to make the workshops interactive, understandable, and goal-oriented.
- Contribute your own ideas and approaches.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Are close to completing or have completed your studies in work and organizational psychology or economics.
- Are responsible and have a quick grasp.
- Are a communicative and open personality.
- Communicate fluently in German and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI tools, and Miro/Lucidchart is an advantage.
