What is this position about?

Active support in designing organizational change management measures – with the goal of specifically transferring theoretical knowledge from studies into practice and contributing to the quality and innovation culture in a specific technical area.

What tasks will you take on? 

You will:

• Independently assess the current status of OCM (Organizational Change Management) and classify the results.
• Apply your theoretical expertise and develop concrete proposals for further developing the quality and innovation culture.
• Research and implement double-loop learning.
• Actively participate in planning and conducting workshops, bringing in new ideas and perspectives to make the workshops interactive, understandable, and goal-oriented.
• Contribute your own ideas and approaches.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Are close to completing or have completed your studies in work and organizational psychology or economics.
• Are responsible and have a quick grasp.
• Are a communicative and open personality.
• Communicate fluently in German and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI tools, and Miro/Lucidchart is an advantage.
