Polymechanic as Head of Production in the Nicotine Pouch Sector
Activities
- Technical and personnel management of your employees
- Promotion and further training of the team; targeted development of new colleagues into professionals
- Building a performance- and solution-oriented team culture
- Planning and controlling manufacturing processes considering capacities, delivery dates, and resources
- Optimal personnel deployment planning
- Close coordination with logistics, sales, and purchasing
- Excellent technical know-how, especially in the area of pouch packaging machines
- Ensuring and continuously increasing machine efficiency
- Support during commissioning, conversions, and investments in new technologies
- Monitoring product quality according to internal standards and external norms
- Introduction and implementation of quality assurance measures

Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in industrial production
