As an IT Audit Manager, you support the successful development of BEKB and aity with the IT Audit Team of Internal Audit through solution-oriented audits. aity inspires its main customer BEKB with stable systems and new products and services. 300 employees at aity stand for Swiss engineering with high quality standards.

• You deal with IT topics from areas such as IT governance, IT methods, project management as well as networks and infrastructure. Furthermore, you follow developments in cyber security and digitalization
• You are responsible as an IT Audit Manager for the IT audit areas along the business processes of BEKB and aity and plan risk-oriented audits in a multi-year cycle. You are familiar with handling outsourcing
• You conduct operational audits. In the IT Audit Team, there are three of you who each carry out operational IT audits at BEKB and aity. Additionally, you ensure quality management in the audit process for each other. You actively maintain a cooperative collaboration within the team, with auditees and internal stakeholders
• You succeed in consolidating audit results into a convincing overall assessment and communicate effectively with auditees at all levels
• You promote collaboration within Internal Audit. We leverage the strengths of all teams and inspire each other across teams in performing our audit activities for the benefit of BEKB and aity

• You have several years of professional experience in IT and its auditing, ideally in different roles
• You have strong methodological competence and can structure IT audit areas risk-oriented as well as apply suitable standards and practices for creating audit programs
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker who likes to conduct operational IT audits with initiative, interconnected thinking, and solution-oriented action
• You have team leadership skills and are a team-oriented, communicative, and committed personality
• You have a degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics or computer science or another IT qualification as a basis, as well as further training such as CISA, CRISC, or equivalent
