Accountant Associate

Position purpose:

In this role, you will contribute to the correct and efficient management of accounting, tax, and customs processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal procedures. You will directly support import activities, stock management, and financial reporting, having a direct impact on the accuracy and transparency of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Managing import processes and customs documentation, maintaining communication with authorities and customs brokers

Monitoring and reconciling stocks, organizing inventories, and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems

Accounting records of stocks, consumable materials, and low-value assets, including managing disposal documents

Issuing invoices to distributors, verifying receivables, and reconciling them

Preparing and submitting reports to tax and customs authorities

Managing the order and distribution process of excise stamps

We are looking for someone with:

Higher education in Accounting

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, experience in a multinational environment is an advantage

Solid knowledge of tax and customs legislation in the Republic of Moldova

Skills in using accounting software (e.g., 1C) and MS Office

Knowledge of English is an advantage

Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
