Your Tasks
- Care process management: planning, control, and monitoring of care processes as well as active participation in ensuring high care and support quality
- Staff deployment planning in cooperation with the residential area management and central deployment planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all involved professional groups for holistic care of residents
- Support in the structured onboarding of new employees as well as professional and organizational contact person in the residential area

Your Profile
- Qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse, nursing specialist, health and nursing nurse)
- Completed further training as a residential area manager or comparable qualification – alternatively willingness to complete this
- Passion for caring for elderly people as well as high social competence
- Team-oriented, committed personality with a sense of responsibility
- Reliability and structured way of working
- High professional expertise as well as empathetic and professional demeanor towards residents (m/f/d) and employees
