Your tasks
- Activation therapy and daily structure
- Actively participate in planning a needs-based activation program
- Support in organizing and carrying out events and excursions
- A trustworthy, competent point of contact for our residents
Your profile
- Completed, at least three-year vocational training, vocational school diploma, professional, technical, or gymnasium maturity, or equivalent qualification
- Passed suitability assessment
- Psychological resilience
- Empathy and patience with older people
- Creativity and organizational skills
