All-round Building Services Technician (Focus on Heating/Ventilation) 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Carrying out all necessary repairs as well as renovation and optimization work throughout the house
• Professional maintenance, inspection, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as all other technical installations
• Performing periodic maintenance work and minor repairs on HVAC systems
• Quick and efficient troubleshooting of systems, machines, and building services facilities
• Monitoring, documenting, and ensuring the functionality of all safety-related equipment and processes
• Accompanying and coordinating external craftsmen for major repairs or projects
• Contact person for guests, tenants, and employees in all technical and building services matters
• Control, monitoring, and operation of building management systems for optimal system control

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training EFZ, preferably as a heating, sanitary, or ventilation installer
• Solid technical understanding, pronounced manual skills, and a sharp eye for detail
• Initial experience in building services, ideally in the hotel industry or a comparable environment
• Organizational talent, structured working style, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills for oral communication
• Willingness to participate in technical on-call and standby duties
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays in rotation with the technical team
