As a Service and System Technician (m/f/d), you plan and carry out your assignments for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our systems from your home base in Central Switzerland (Lucerne, Aarau, Olten). You are part of our Swiss service technician network.
These are your tasks- You are the first point of contact and representative of our marking world on site with our customers
- The integration and commissioning of our marking systems into the existing technology of our customers is your main focus
- You ensure the smooth functionality of our customer systems
- You train system users on site at our customers and perform maintenance and repairs on our marking products
- You work closely with our sales field service, our product specialists, our service experts, and the deployment control at our headquarters
(comparable qualifications + career changers also welcome!)
- Training as a technician, automation technician, information electronics technician with knowledge in electrical engineering/machine control or a comparable degree (e.g., electrical engineering, automation technology, or similar)
- Skills in precision mechanics, pneumatics, and metalworking are an advantage
- Very good technical understanding and the necessary imagination for technical solutions
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Driver's license category B
- Completed basic military training
- Organizational talent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Possibility to work from home office
