To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Employee Marketing / Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d) (approx. 20% workload) YOUR TASKS
- Target group-oriented content: Development and implementation of content for existing and potential customers as well as specialists - e.g. project insights, employee portraits, specialist topics, newsletters, and insights into our daily life - Social Media Management: Planning, managing, and further developing our channels (mainly LinkedIn & Instagram, possibly also Facebook)

Media planning & editorial control: Establishing and maintaining a media plan for year-round, systematic coverage of all channels
Storytelling & employer branding: Developing ideas and formats that make our corporate culture,

innovation strength, and customer proximity visible both internally and externally - Coordination & implementation: Close collaboration with management, specialist departments, and external partners (photo, video, web, etc.)

Marketing projects: Implementation of B2B marketing projects in collaboration with the sales manager
Website: Further development and maintenance of the online presence
Visitors and customers: Support/help in organizing customer events, tours, etc. (appearance, marketing) or media advertisements afterwards YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Commercial or technical training with further education in marketing
Up-to-date knowledge of common social media platforms and proficient use of tools as well as

evaluation of their metrics and measures for SEO

Organizational talent for editorial and media planning
High independence and personal responsibility
Very good language skills in German and a sense for visual design
