Your area of responsibility:
- Achieving the learning objectives set by the industry association XUND in collaboration with our vocational trainer
- Learning tasks, workflows, and processes in different residential groups
What you bring with you:
- Completed basic training in nursing and care or another field of work
- Interest in social affairs
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, especially elderly people
- Cheerful, friendly, communicative, and open personality with a high willingness to learn and service orientation
