- You design and decorate our sales areas and products with great attention to detail
- You implement seasonal and thematic decoration concepts creatively and precisely
- You prepare gift packaging and presentations for our customers
- You perform craft work and ensure an appealing product presentation
- You independently manage the department during absences and ensure smooth operations
- You work 2-3 days per week (annual average 50% workload), with fixed working days on Monday and Thursday full-time and during peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, etc.) also more than 3 days per week with irregular working hours
Your profile:
- You have experience in the creative field, e.g., from a gift department, floristry, or decoration
- You possess manual skills and work precisely and carefully
- You have a flair for colors and materials and are familiar with handling decoration materials
- You are physically resilient, can work standing for 8 hours, and can climb ladders during decoration changes
- You can flexibly adjust your working hours to operational requirements
- You are a team player, willing to pitch in, think along, and actively contribute to the diverse position
