How you’ll make an impact

Lead and develop a team of 20 engineers (10 direct reports), fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Oversee three key teams: After-Sales, Order Engineering, and Project Management, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Establish governance structures and capacity planning processes to optimize team performance and resource allocation.

Implement KPIs to enhance quality, productivity, and standardization, driving continuous improvement within the team.

Support the development of engineering processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and adherence to best practices among the different bushing factories.

Guarantee technical accuracy of products, including qualification and release of materials and material changes in close collaboration with SCM.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, maintaining operational integrity and risk mitigation.

As part of the local management team, you will influence strategic decisions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and help shape the future direction of the business
Your background
-
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (high-voltage experience, especially bushings, is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.

In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

Ability to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and digitalization programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
