Children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 live in the boarding groups. In everyday life, they experience community and can develop within supportive relationships. The children and adolescents attend the internal special school or an external special education school in the mornings and afternoons. On school-free Wednesday afternoons, weekends, and holidays, the residential group organizes leisure activities tailored to their needs. They also benefit from individual internal therapy offerings in daily life.
We are looking for a Specialist Caregiver for one of these residential groups immediately or by arrangement

Tasks
- Resource-oriented support and daily life organization
- Planning and organizing development goals and leisure activities
- Key person work
- Collaboration with parents, legal representatives, school, and the public
- Administrative and housekeeping tasks
- Weekend duties
Profile
- Training as a specialist caregiver or health professional
- Preferably experience in supporting children and adolescents with intellectual and physical disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
- Enjoy working in a team
