Your Impact
- You will be in charge and responsible for a client portfolio front-to-back incl. board and executive management meetings and presentations.
- Actively manage the delivery of audits and the team from planning through execution to reporting at our internal audit clients locally and abroad. You will have full access to a wide range of topics and areas, which will give you immense learning opportunities and broad insights into the FS industry.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, governance, risk management and internal controls of our clients through audits as well as project work.
- Operationally lead projects at our internal audit clients to transform their function becoming more agile & modern. This can include strategy development, target operating model design, process design & methodology as well as tool support.
- Support business development activities incl. publications & speaker engagements.
- Continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training and acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of clients.
- Work in a diversified, motivated and young team in an international network, with the opportunity to work cross-team and cross-country to broaden your experience further.
Your Skill Set
- A university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences with a specialization in business administration, banking & finance and/or controlling.
- 5 years of previous working experience in the financial services sector, audit and/or consulting.
- Experience in leading projects and teams front-to-back.
- Have a quick grasp and a flair for analytical thinking, especially with regards to the connection of risk topics and business processes.
- High willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally, you have a convincing demeanor, and you have excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, team, client and goal-oriented and want to take on responsibility from the start and work in an environment with an active coaching and feedback culture.
- Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
