Are you our new team member who will support us as a cook/chef: (Chef de Partie) immediately or by arrangement? You will work in a 90% position, spread over 5 days (Monday to Friday in the morning shift). Depending on events and the season, you will also work in the evening about 4-5 times a year. You have 2 weeks of company holidays over Christmas and New Year (December 22, 2025 - January 4, 2026).
Your area of responsibility:
- Daily mise en place and control of food
- Independent production of various dishes in the kitchen (menus, catering, events, etc.)
- Ensuring supply at the menu lines
- Coordination in the kitchen of 2 assistants
- Independently placing orders, as well as focusing on food costs
- Conducting inventory
- Regenerating/plating the menus during lunch service
- Assisting with catering, aperitifs, and special events, including on weekends
- Receiving goods and managing the stock
- Bringing in ideas for menu design
- Performing general cleaning and tidying tasks
- Implementing ZFV quality and service standards
- Responsibility for hygiene throughout the establishment
