About the job

• Establishment of the cardiopsychosomatic liaison model in the heart center area with a focus on psychosocial stress including delirium prevention and management of cardiac surgical and cardiological patients along the entire treatment pathway including outpatient follow-up care
• Development of appropriate interdisciplinary and interprofessional networking and cooperation within the heart center and psychosomatics team
• Scientific collaboration in building a cardiopsychosomatic research team
• Work for the psychosomatic consultation and liaison service in the inpatient and outpatient areas of the University Hospital
• Participation in the training of medical students as well as in continuing education and training

• Swiss or recognized foreign medical diploma or university degree recognized in Switzerland in psychology with a focus on clinical psychology
• Clinical professional experience, preferably in cardiology/internal medicine, psychosomatics, psychiatry or psychotherapy; prior experience in the field of psychocardiology is an advantage
• Independent work and deep interest in psychosomatics in close cooperation with somatic medicine
• Willingness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Existing research interest, prior work is an advantage
• Proficiency in German spoken and written, language skills in French/Italian are advantageous
