- Professional, personnel and organizational management of the ENT clinic as well as ensuring a modern, patient-centered development
- Ensuring patient care of high quality, oriented to the latest scientific standards
- Economic, medical and strategic development of the clinic, working closely with hospital management and other key stakeholders
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist departments, resident ENT doctors as well as referring doctors
- Active further development of diagnostics and therapy, integration of innovative treatment methods and use of modern technologies
- Training and supervision of assistant and senior physicians and medical staff as well as long-term promotion of junior staff
- Participation in strategic projects of hospital management and the soH
Profile
Profile
- Swiss medical state examination (with foreign diploma with MEBEKO recognition)
- FMH specialist title Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and additional title in head and face surgery (or comparable title)
- Broad surgical spectrum
- A doctorate (Dr. med.) is a prerequisite
- Senior physician / senior doctor or senior physician with several years of experience at a university clinic or comparable institution with a center function
- High leadership and social skills to expand cooperation with resident ENT doctors
- Good communication skills and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation within the soH and with the referrers
- Enthusiasm for developing a personal focus to complement the existing offer (e.g. sleep-related breathing disorders/rhonchopathy, pediatric ENT, sialendoscopy)
