Reference: CLS/RH/2024.608 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 80-100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Due to a departure in the team, we are looking for our future certified intensive care colleague.
What will you be expected to do?
- Provide personalized and comprehensive nursing care autonomously and/or under medical delegation to patients whose vital functions are threatened or disturbed
- Be able to adapt to situations of varying complexity levels and/or fluctuations in workload
- Develop meticulous observation to prevent and anticipate any complications
- Possess the scientific, technical, and human skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Lead actions to develop the service's activities
