• Participation in the implementation and conceptual further development of the strategy, i.e. conducting workshops with management, developing proposals, detailing measures
• Control and further development of the company-wide project portfolio management process as well as leading project approval meetings
• Support and promotion of innovation management such as exchange with start-ups, support in conducting pilots, management of the internal innovation community
• Definition and implementation of strategic measures for organizational enablement, both within the framework of company-wide measures and team-specific support
• Project collaboration on strategic initiatives

• In addition to a successfully completed master's degree in business administration, you already bring solid business knowledge and project management skills
• Clean, methodical, but also pragmatic way of working
