From November 2025 to June 2026, the following temporary position is to be filled with us:
Activation Specialist 60% (temporary)
Your tasks
- Planning and conducting individual and group offers tailored to the needs and resources of the residents.
- You support our residents with empathy and expertise in maintaining and further developing their abilities.
- Participation and support in internal events as well as active participation in special events in everyday home life.
- Documentation of activities and observations in the EasyDok system.
You bring with you
- You have completed training as a certified Activation Specialist HF, Activating Care Specialist (FAB), or Specialist in Everyday Design and Activation (FAA/LeA).
- With your open, committed personality and very good communication skills, you win people over – you inspire both residents and colleagues.
- Creativity, joy of design, and empathy are among your strengths – you enthusiastically develop new ideas to make the residents' everyday life varied and meaningful.
- You have a pronounced quality awareness and carefully ensure that your work always meets high standards.
