Chief Physician / Lead DoctorOur established and versatile practice, centrally located next to Globus in Zurich City, is a dynamic health center that provides patients with comprehensive care at the highest medical level. On four modern equipped floors, we offer a wide range of general and specialist medical services. We are now looking for an experienced individual to lead our team into the future with visionary leadership and medical expertise.WorkplaceWorkload80–100%Your challenging and versatile responsibilities:In this key position, you bear full economic and personnel responsibility for our practice operations.* Medical & Professional Leadership: You drive medical quality and innovation forward and ensure first-class patient-centered care.* Personnel Management (approx. 40 employees): You responsibly and purposefully lead, motivate, and develop our multiprofessional team of 19 doctors (general practitioners and specialists) and about 20 medical practice assistants (MPAs) and apprentices.* Economic Responsibility: You manage the economic affairs of the practice, are responsible for budgets, optimize processes, and thus sustainably secure the practice's success.* Strategic Development: You shape the strategic direction of the practice, identify growth opportunities, and implement them.* Communication & Networking: You maintain and expand our network with doctors, hospitals, and other service providers and are a professional ambassador for our practice.You bring with you:* Several years of experience as a general practitioner* Completed specialist certificate in General Internal Medicine* At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland, with in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system* Several years of proven leadership experience in a senior position in the medical field* An economic mindset and enjoyment of entrepreneurial responsibility* Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident, motivating personality* High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration* Fluent German skills as well as English spoken and writtenWe offer you:* An established and economically healthy practice in a prime location with a variety of different specialties* An attractive and challenging leadership role with full creative freedom* A modern working environment with first-class infrastructure and the latest technology* Flexible working time models that allow for a balance between work and family* Room for professional and personal development as well as mentoring* A supportive and collegial team that achieves great things together* Excellent connection due to the central location, 2 minutes walking distance from Zurich main stationWhy us?In our medical center in Zurich City, we offer you excellent outpatient care and a holistic understanding of patients.
