Deputy Team Leader Nursing and Care

On the Primula ward, we offer around 42 residents a home with an individual care and support offer, tailored to different needs and life situations.
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the professional and organizational management of 25 employees as well as representation of the team leader
- Participation in duty planning
- Taking over daily responsibility in nursing care
- Collaboration in project and concept development
- Practical instruction quality management
- Close cooperation with relatives and doctors
- Medication management
- Co-responsibility for BESA service catalog
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or health professional EFZ
- Sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of leadership tasks
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and MS Office skills
