Your new tasks
- Responsibility for qualified nursing and service recording as well as nursing documentation using SWING and RAI-HC
- Coaching of diploma nursing staff in assessment and process in complex nursing situations
- Quality responsibility and conceptual further development of the nursing area
- Leading case discussions
- Conducting training, initiating projects and participating in working groups
What you bring with you
- Higher education in nursing with Bachelor, Master or HöFa II
- Proven Spitex experience in the same function
- Ability to assess, inspire and appropriately promote employees
- Goal orientation, enthusiasm for innovation and an open, appreciative attitude
- Willingness to pitch in, flexibility and didactic flair
