As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Counseling is responsible for the services in the field of child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. For the kjz Dielsdorf, we are looking for a
Social Worker FH 60%
(permanent)
with the following tasks:
- Managing civil law child protection measures and clarifications on behalf of the KESB
- Clarifying concerns and advising mothers, fathers, children, and adolescents
- Coordinating and initiating supportive measures
- Networking with other services in the field of child and youth welfare
For this demanding role, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality with:
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
- Experience in youth and family welfare as well as case management
- Further training in systemic / solution-oriented counseling or willingness to complete such training
- Mediation and communication skills, good written and oral expression, and enjoyment of administrative tasks
