Painter – Project Manager
Activities
- Management and organization of painting projects (new construction and renovations)
- Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Schedule, cost, and quality control of ongoing projects
- Contact person for clients, architects, and construction management
- Preparation of offers, post-calculation, and billing
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter EFZ / journeyman, ideally with further training as a project manager, foreman, or master
- Several years of professional experience in the painting trade, ideally in a leadership role
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
