• You actively support and advise insured persons as well as pension recipients.
• You process payroll interfaces and collect insurance contributions.
• You handle WEF advances and pension equalizations in case of divorce.
• You prepare pension decisions (old age, death, disability) and ensure the payment of pension and capital benefits.
• You perform account reconciliation between actuarial accounting and financial accounting.
• You take responsibility for the training of commercial apprentices.
• In doing so, you work closely with employers and authorities.
• Furthermore, you support the head of insurance in disability pension cases and projects.

• You have completed commercial training.
• You have professional experience in the 2nd pillar or social insurance sector and hold a specialist certificate in social insurance or personnel pension provision.
• You have interest and willingness to continue your industry-specific education.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with the industry software Swisspension is an advantage.
• You are confident in German language, both spoken and written.
• You are responsible, customer-oriented, precise, organized, a team player, flexible, and motivated.
• You have completed the vocational trainer course or have experience in training commercial apprentices (in the service/administration sector).
