Your tasks
- You actively support and advise insured persons as well as pension recipients.
- You process payroll interfaces and collect insurance contributions.
- You handle WEF advances and pension equalizations in case of divorce.
- You prepare pension decisions (old age, death, disability) and ensure the payment of pension and capital benefits.
- You perform account reconciliation between actuarial accounting and financial accounting.
- You take responsibility for the training of commercial apprentices.
- In doing so, you work closely with employers and authorities.
- Furthermore, you support the head of insurance in disability pension cases and projects.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training.
- You have professional experience in the 2nd pillar or social insurance sector and hold a specialist certificate in social insurance or personnel pension provision.
- You have interest and willingness to continue your industry-specific education.
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with the industry software Swisspension is an advantage.
- You are confident in German language, both spoken and written.
- You are responsible, customer-oriented, precise, organized, a team player, flexible, and motivated.
- You have completed the vocational trainer course or have experience in training commercial apprentices (in the service/administration sector).
