The Flury Foundation, with more than 600 employees at the Schiers Hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parental counseling, and the Klosters Medical Center, ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the Prättigau, between Grüsch and Klosters.
Spitex cares for clients at home in their familiar environment in the beautiful Prättigau communities.
For the Spitex Team Prättigau, we are looking for a position starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Your responsibilities include:
- Professional and individual care and support of our clients in their homes
- Implementation of the nursing process through the use of expertise
- Execution of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Collaboration with relatives, family doctors, and other service providers
Your profile:
- Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Flexibility and an independent, committed, and responsible working style
- Empathetic personality with high social competence
- Willingness to work in different services
- Driver's license category B
